Be the Sun, Not the Salt: Common Words, Uncommonly Practiced I had the pleasure and good fortune to meet Dr. Harry Cohen and have him as an executive coach. The thing is he didn’t want to be called ‘Dr.’ nor did he approach our discussions as a clinical conversation, rather it was a human to human interaction. As expressed in this book and as I witnessed first hand he practiced caring, compassion, sincerity, etc. for my well being. Reading this book, I could vividly hear Harry’s voice jumping off of the pages, providing wisdom, positive vibes and expressing the humanity that FEELS all too uncommon today. Harry, thanks for taking the time to put those lessons in this book. I hope to ‘be the sun’ and to do my part to make humanity FEEL common again.

He welcomed an in prompt to call and recanted his words when I needed them most. The author is true to his work and word as I seen him speak with glowing inspiration at our company.
